Conquering the world is all well and good, but at the end of the day it's equally important that we're happy about the work we're doing, who we're doing it with, and the impact it's having on our own lives and the lives of others in society. We therefore have an equally important internal mission: to build the company we want to work for, that genuinely prioritises people and values over profit, and serves as a role model to our industry.
